A gorgeous little gem. My husband and I stayed here one night before boarding the Mandovi express to Mumbai. It was better than our expectation. Every room has a sparkling clean bathroom, mattresses are wrapped in plastic, there’s fragrant soap and fresh towels. Enough space in each room to stretch out and a secure steel cabinet to lock up valuables. The spot is quiet and it’s easy to fall asleep, but very close to the train station.
As other reviews have mentioned, the concierge is extremely helpful, when we arrived we were wiped out, and I asked for help ordering some food. He ordered it, brought it up, and even brought us plates to eat off of.
Later he helped us get our taxis and set up our rides to a nice restaurant in the evening.
We got a reasonable rate on an AC room and slept well.

During our Goa trip, we stayed at D’Souza Guest House, and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were very neat, beautifully maintained, and featured interiors inspired by British colonial architecture. We truly enjoyed our stay.
Their customer service was excellent, and hot water was available at all times. Overall, it was a comfortable, easy, and affordable stay. Highly recommended!

Had a lovely stay! Mr. D’Souza is a kind, accommodating host who never pressures for payment and even helped with an early morning airport pickup. Agnello and his assistant W were warm and efficient. Spacious, clean rooms with strong AC, hot water, and all essentials. Great balcony view, parking, power backup, and flexible check-in/out. Perfect for a night halt before an early flight from Mopa. Highly recommend!

Property is reasonably new, well maintained, located at walkable distance from Thivim Station and has well appointed staff. Though the hotel does not have a kitchen there are plenty of hotels nearby to order on Zomato and Swiggy. Special mention for Mangalorean taste Udupi Bhavan Veg restaurant located close by which serve good south Indian breakfast options.

We, a group of 3 families stayed for 2 days and we were really happy to accommodate ourselves in this hotel. Mr Agnelo is the manager who is very kind and enthusiastic in offering required services to the best of our satisfaction. a cozy,clean,new place in the heart of thivim with easy access to railway station, mapusa only 8 kms from here besides the rooms,toilets are very cleaaan and all queries attended to promptly.. the propreitor Mr Gladwin is more approachable and friendly and attends to customer queries promptly... recommend 100%

One of the best Guest house in Goa and Closer to the railway station too..
Rates are also pocket friendly. Spacious terrace also for get together and parties. Spacious rooms too available ac and non AC both are spacious well maintained. Looking for a stay perfect place to stay in and enjoy.

Been there for a Short Stay. Nice location and acces from main road. They have huge parking. Rooms are clean and neat with a huge Balcony. Only missing thing is they don't have a restaurant. The only drawback. But you can order from Swiggy or Zomato. Overall a good experience.

Rooms and Washroom are clean. Plenty of parking space for cars. At Cansa (TIVIM). Around 25-30 metres from Main highway road. Elevator is available.
